Payment:

Automatic Renewal:

Your monthly and yearly subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. A notice of the upcoming renewal will be sent to your email well in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

4. Service Usage

Simultaneous Connections:

Each subscription allows a specific number of simultaneous connections (1 device, 2 devices, etc.). Sharing your login credentials with individuals outside your immediate family is a violation of these terms and may lead to the termination of your account without a refund.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to use the service for:

Re-broadcasting or publicly distributing the content (live streaming on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Downloading content through unauthorized means or attempting to hack the servers.
Using the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
Attempting to bypass the limit on simultaneous devices.
Selling, renting, or sharing your account collectively with others.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

All Arabic channels, international channels, and content displayed through our service are owned by their respective rightful owners (television networks, production studios, broadcasting authorities). We do not claim ownership of this content; we merely provide technical access to it via on-demand live streaming.

The "AxiosTV" trademark, logo, and all user interface elements and website design are our exclusive property and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any term of these conditions. In the event of termination due to a violation, any fees you have paid will not be refunded.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will function uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through us will meet your expectations.
Any errors in the software will be corrected.

We are not responsible for any interruption in streaming due to problems with internet infrastructure, undersea cables, or blocking by local Internet Service Providers.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
