Standard Plans (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, Yearly)

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase date if you are not satisfied with our IPTV service. After 24 hours, the refund is calculated proportionally based on the remaining days in your plan.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans come with an extended 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our IPTV Subscription service during the first month of your subscription, you can request a full refund. These plans are the ideal choice for live channel enthusiasts.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of service (e.g., sharing your account beyond the allowed number of devices).
• Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of local and international laws.
• Frequent refund requests from the same user or IP address.
• Submitting a refund request after the specified guarantee period for each plan has expired.
• Issues resulting from insufficient internet speed on the client's end.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company (typically 3 to 10 business days).
